With the recent release of Sony Pictures’ film rendition of Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestselling novel, "Eat, Pray, Love,” a number of tour operators are offering inspired travel packages that allow clients to experience Italy, India and Bali just as Gilbert did.

STA Travel, in particular, has teamed up with Sony and Lonely Planet to offer a variety of tour packages that introduce travelers to Italy’s food scene, India’s spiritual landmarks and Bali’s romance and adventure. What follows below is just a sampling of trips offered by the tour operator.

STA Travel’s five-day Savor Italy package is priced from $777 per person, based on double occupancy, and includes accommodations and tours.

Day Two
Go on a Walking Tour
On the second day of their trip, clients pick up an mp3 player for a guided audio walking tour of Rome that introduces them to cuisine, history and culture.

Day Three
