Each year, the TravelAge West Trendsetter Awards recognize travel agency leaders who make an impact on the industry and the community.

 

For 2015, agents were be honored in four categories: 

      1.  Best Use of Social Media, sponsored by Globus Family of Brands

      2.  Upward Bound, Rock Star Agent Under 40, sponsored by AMResorts
   
      3.  Best Group Booking Sales Effort, sponsored by Royal Caribbean International

      4.  Industry Activist (Notable Achievements in Support of Travel Agents), sponsored by Disneyland Resort
 
Sponsors of the Trendsetter Awards hand out prizes at the annual WAVE Awards Gala and, along with the TravelAge West editorial staff, cast their votes. Furthermore, suppliers who sponsor the Trendsetter Awards do so not just for publicity — they support the travel agent community and wish to honor those who are making significant strides in the industry.
