Les Clefs d’Or, a prestigious worldwide association of hotel concierge, has awarded the MGM Grand’s concierge staff with 12 sets of gold keys — its premier symbol of “guaranteed quality service.” With this new distinction, MGM Grand has more sets of Les Clefs d’Or gold keys than any other hotel in the world.
