Woolard Appointed Travel Agent Coordinator at Viceroy

Woolard will be charged with liasing with the travel agent community

The Viceroy Hotel Group has appointed Wesley Woolard as travel agent coordinator. Woolard, who will operate from Los Angeles, will oversee the hotel group’s new dedicated travel agent services, including a custom e-mail address and a toll-free phone number to better serve the travel agent community.

“Woolard’s new position is an exciting opportunity for our company to enhance our services and commitment to our travel agent partners," said Nicholas Clayton, president of Viceroy Hotel Group. "The new dedicated contact for this community demonstrates our loyalty and appreciation for all that these professional individuals do for our business.”

Woolard has been a part of the Viceroy sales team since 2006 and will bring his extensive knowledge of all of the properties to his new position. Woolard will dedicate his time to liaising with the travel agent community to better facilitate and efficiently streamline their requests.
