Apple Vacations’ 2014 Golden Apple Awards event was held at the iconic Art Institute of Chicago on Sept. 8, celebrating hotels that have received exceptional guest satisfaction. After attendees enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, dinner and a private viewing of the institute’s Impressionist galleries, Crystal Apple Award recipients were honored in categories of Best Destination; Best Hotel Chain; Best All-Inclusive Resorts; and Best Staff & Service in various regions. Additionally, 183 hotels throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Panama and Hawaii were awarded with Golden Apple awards for high levels of excellence.
