Holland American Line and Seabourn have appointed Cyril Tatar vice president of new building and Seabourn technical operations. In his new role, Tatar will preside over the design of current and future newbuilds for the company’s fleets, including the new Holland America Line Pinnacle Class ship set to debut in February 2016. Tatar first joined Seabourn in 2004 and has held different leadership positions over the course of his years with the company.
“Cyril will bring a high level of professionalism to our newbuilding programs,” said Dan Grausz, executive vice president of fleet operations. “He is already very familiar with the projects, and we know he will keep Seabourn fleet’s technical operations up to the high standard that he and his staff already have set.”
