Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts recently announced the promotion of Christopher Norton to executive vice president, global product and operations. With 25 years of experience at Four Seasons, Norton will be responsible for worldwide hotel operations, product, design, construction and procurement in the newly created role.
Four Seasons has also promoted Christian Clerc to the position of senior vice president of hotel operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Clerc most recently acted as regional vice president and general manager of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. As senior vice president, Clerc will be based in Dubai and lead operations across EMEA.
