The U.S. Travel Association Hall of Leaders recently welcomed two new members: Mike Gallagher of CityPass and Randy Garfield of The Walt Disney Company. Garfield currently serves as executive vice president of worldwide sales and travel operations for Disney Destinations and president of Walt Disney Travel Company, and he has been a member of the U.S. Travel Association board of directors for more than 25 years. Gallagher co-founded CityPass and now acts as the company’s co-chairman. Like Garfield, he is a longstanding member of the U.S. Travel Association’s board of directors. Both professionals have served on a number of committees dedicated to improving and promoting the travel industry. The U.S. Travel Association honored its 87th and 88th industry leader members with a dinner following the announcement.
“It’s a blessing to be so deeply involved in an industry I love and to see the tremendous impact and positive influence that travel and tourism have on our world,” Garfield said.
