Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa has appointed Keith Butz to the position of general manager. He replaces Jerry Westenhaver, who is returning to Oahu. Butz has spent 21 years working in a variety of positions for numerous Hyatt properties, including locations in Chicago; Huntington Beach, Calif.; San Diego and San Francisco.
“I am honored and excited to join the team at Grand Hyatt Kauai,” said Butz. “It is a premier Hyatt resort in a beautiful location. My wife, Amanda, and I look forward to settling into the community and enjoying life on Kauai for a long time.”
