Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) has appointed Marcia McLaughlin as deputy director of tourism and marketing. Additionally, Francine Carter Henry is filling the role of manager for tour operators and airlines for JTB’s U.S. office. She succeeded tourism veteran Anthony King, who retired in December 2015.
