The James Royal Palm, a new beach retreat set to open this October on Florida’s South Beach, has announced the addition of top hospitality professionals Patrick Hatton, Lourdes Hainlin and Claudia Marulanda to its staff.
Hatton has been hired as regional vice president of operations and general manager. He joins the team with 20 years of hospitality industry experience, most recently at The James Chicago where he served as general manager.
Hainlin has been named area director of sales and marketing. She has spent the last four years in various sales and marketing positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and recently held the position of director of sales and marketing for the South Florida and Caribbean region sales cluster.
Marulanda brings over 18 years of hotel industry experience to her new position as director of sales. She joins the James Royal Palm from the Hotel Victor and has also held sales leadership positions at The Mandarin Oriental Miami and The Standard Miami Be
