MSC Cruises has appointed Adam Snitzer as senior vice president of guest
services for North America. In this role, he will oversee the North
American travel agent and consumer call centers, group operations, customer
service and revenue management.
"Adam brings a unique set of skills and experience that will be
instrumental as we bring new ships to the U.S. and our ambitious growth
plans come to fruition," said Roberto Fusaro, president of MSC Cruises USA.
