Mark Frissora has been appointed CEO of Caesars Entertainment Corporation. He was formerly CEO of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.
“Mark has a long history of driving growth, optimizing operations and creating shareholder value,” said Marc Rowan and David Bonderman, founders of Apollo Global Management and TPG Capital, respectively, the principal shareholders of Caesars Entertainment. “We are confident that his efforts, combined with the restructuring of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, will help create long-term shareholder value at Caesars.”
