Jim Heather has been named as general manager for Keauhou Beach Resort, located on the Big Island of Hawaii. In his new role, Heather is in charge of all operational aspects of the hotel.
“Jim is a longtime, well-respected member of the Outrigger ohana (family) who will bring a wealth of experience to Keauhou Beach Resort,” said Barry Wallace, executive vice president of hospitality services. “His industry knowledge, management style and desire for the best in hospitality will benefit both guests and employees and contribute to the property’s continuing success.”
Heather’s most recent position was as general manager of Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach hotel on Oahu.
