The Resort at Pelican Hill has appointed Kathy Goodarzi as leisure sales manager for the U.S. Western region. The Newport Beach, Calif.-based property has also appointed Joseph Bell as leisure sales manager, serving travel agencies and key booking partners in the U.S. Midwest, Canada and Latin America.
