On Nov. 9, host agency Nexion, a branch of Tzell Travel Group, wrapped up its 20th birthday celebration with a large party in the Bay Area, where the company was originally founded. This final fete, which followed a full year of anniversary festivities, was held at Hyatt Regency Santa Clara in Santa Clara, Calif., after the last of Nexion’s NEX-Door events.
“We have had a tremendous year celebrating the founding of Nexion 20 years ago, and we were thrilled to cap it off in the backyard of where it all began,” said Jackie Friedman, president of Nexion. “We purposely planned to hold our final NEX-Door event in this location, and the turnout from our agents and supplier partners was terrific.”
The year has been full of news and announcements for Nexion. The company announced various business developments and educational opportunities for its members and, according to Friedman, Nexion will expand educational opportunities to a two-day event next year, as part of Nexion on the Road.
