Noelani Schilling-Wheeler has been appointed as executive director of the Oahu Visitors Bureau (OVB). She most recently served as senior director of sales and marketing for OVB.
“Noelani has the vision and energy to lead Oahu’s marketing forward with the full support of our Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau (HVCB) ohana,” said John Monahan, president and CEO of HVCB.
