Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia has appointed Carol Ford as spa director. Ford, who has more than 15 years of spa and retail experience in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, will lead the award-winning Joya Spa and Salon, along with Joya Boutique, at the Scottsdale, Ariz. hotel.
Ford has served in various spa leadership roles at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and, most recently, at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort & Spa.
