Richard Hickey comes to the business sales director position for Scenic Cruises with 26 years of travel industry experience, most recently as manager of national accounts with MSC Cruises. In his new role, Hickey will lead the growth of sales and travel agent support in the U.S. southeast region.
“I have known Richard for quite a few years and consider him one of the industry’s finest and most knowledgeable sales and agent support executives,” said Joe Maloney, vice president of U.S. sales and marketing at Scenic Cruises. “It is a real coup for Scenic to be able to bring him onboard, and we look forward to his efforts in continuing our strong growth in such an important cruise market.”
