Santa Monica, Calif.-based beachfront hotel Shutters on the Beach has promoted Elsa S. Guttery to serve as director of sales and has also appointed Laura McIver as hotel manager.
Guttery began with the property in 2014 as a group sales manager, and McIver most recently served as vice president and general manager of Miraval Resort for KSL Resorts.
