The Resort at Pelican Hill, located in Newport Beach, Calif., has appointed Virgil Napier as director of sales and marketing. Napier, who has more than 15 years of luxury hospitality expertise, most recently led the development of sales and marketing initiatives for the preopening of Rosewood at Baha Mar in the Bahamas.
