The St. Regis Mexico City recently announced that Jocelyn Aviles and
Rogerio Domenge have been awarded with the Clefs d’Or, the highest honor a
concierge can receive.
Jocelyn Aviles holds a degree in tourism management from Escuela Bancaria
y Comercial and has worked as a concierge for the hotel since it opened in
2009. Rogerio Domenge studied hotel management at Centro de Estudios Superiores
de San Angel and has also worked at the St. Regis Mexico City since 2009.
Half of the hotel’s concierge
staff, led by chief concierge Arturo Ortiz, has been awarded the Clefs d’Or.
The team at St. Regis Mexico City includes concierges from around the world.
