Vicki Freed — CTC and senior vice president of sales, trade support, and services for Royal Caribbean International — received the Hospitality Legend award at The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International’s (HSMAI) South Florida’s Best in Hospitality banquet.
“HSMAI South Florida is a leading professional association for sales and marketing professionals involved in the tourism, travel and hospitality industry,” said Carmen Ackerman, project manager of Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District, who presented the award to Freed. “We are delighted to name Vicki HSMAI South Florida’s Hospitality Legend.”
Freed currently leads Royal Caribbean International’s Loyal to You Always commitment to the travel agency community.
She is active in the greater South Florida community as a board member of the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options and a trustee of the United Way of Miami-Dade County. She previously served on the board of directors for the South Florida Make-A-Wish Foundation among other organizations.
