The 4,947-passenger Costa Diadema, which was constructed in Italy, debuted in 2014. This 132,500-ton ship sails mostly Mediterranean cruises.

Owned by Carnival, Costa is Europe's largest cruise line with a fleet of more than a dozen ships ranging in size from 25,000 to well over 100,000 tons.
