On Sept. 23, adventure tour operator Intrepid Travel hosted a seven-hour virtual summit for North American travel advisors on its Intrepid Group Agent Insiders Facebook Group. The company’s partnership growth managers, local on-the-ground tour leaders, and company executives led discussions on travel trends, the future of the industry and more.
Advisors also got an exclusive first look at Intrepid’s new agent polar hub; learned about engaging with clients on social media; and participated in Q&As with Natalie Kidd, chief people and purpose officer for Intrepid, and Leigh Barnes, the company’s chief customer officer.
The event schedule also included a virtual yoga and cocktail making class, and agent incentives and prizes were offered.
