TravelAge West (TAW) has announced its official partnership with GLP Films (GLP), an award-winning content marketing agency that specializes in authentic storytelling via high-quality video content. Select articles on TAW’s website will be complemented by beautifully made videos from GLP; readers will also be able to easily access video content on TAW's multimedia page.

Travel advisors are encouraged to share these articles and accompanying videos with their clients, as the multimedia can better provide motivating insight — as well as visual interest and energy — into destinations, tours, hotels and other travel experiences.

GLP-produced videos currently available on TAW’s website depict the Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu in Peru and the Tierra del Fuego province in Argentina.

“TravelAge West chose to partner with GLP Films because we see the growing importance of quality video and storytelling in this ever-changing digital landscape,” said Kenneth Shapiro, Editor-in-Chief of TravelAge West. “Video is at the forefront of travel marketing today, and we look forward to a successful long-term partnership with GLP.”

“Content distribution is an important part of GLP Films’ full-service work to help travel brands share their best stories with trade and consumer audiences,” said Laura Knudson, marketing director of GLP Films. “This partnership with TravelAge West ensures that our best content will reach a highly targeted niche audience of quality travel industry professionals. We believe the results will be powerful for all parties, and we are excited to see this partnership grow as we continue to spearhead strategic partnerships and digital marketing solutions for the entire travel industry.”
