Signature Travel Network reported growth in both agency membership and internal staffing in 2025, according to a Jan. 21 announcement.

The member-owned travel cooperative reports that it ended 2025 with record sales, 16 new agency members (13 in the U.S. and three internationally) and a 13% increase in staff. Same-store sales for preferred partners rose by more than 10% year over year.

“Membership growth and acquisition is measured with a continued focus on the ‘right-fit’ member — those agencies that align with our core values of service and collaboration, have the ability to prioritize preferred partner sales and that leverage the advantages that come with engaging in Signature’s technology, marketing and training solutions,” said Karryn Christopher, president of Signature Travel Network.

Jamie Rumph, owner of Love the Magic Vacations, represents one of the network’s new U.S. agencies.

“Joining Signature has been a game changer for the team and travel agency as a whole,” Rumph said. “The programs available are just the beginning of what Signature offers. It’s the people, the support systems and the education that really makes Signature top-notch. We have enjoyed implementing all Signature has to offer and look forward to continuing to grow our knowledge base and business.”

The Signature team reports that new technology initiatives and marketing efforts are among the drivers of growth. New hires and appointments include Omar Pesantes, vice president of technology; Samara Rodriquez, director of marketing analytics; Heidi Creed, director of training and development; Ashley Hunter, senior manager of communications and business development; Liz Nechio, senior manager of events; Kim Franco, key account manager for cruise partnerships; and Carol Izer, project manager for tech initiatives.

“We are extremely proud and privileged to serve and support Signature members,” Christopher said. “The passion, dedication, expertise and desire to keep innovating, at both the member level and across the Signature team, is beyond compare. We are thrilled with the interest for our open coworker positions and we are excited about the added talent to our organization that will help propel us further into the future.
