Discovering Sardinia

Ciclismo Classico is offering new cycling adventures this summer that are ideal for active families. The tours will include Italy’s hilltowns and the island of Sardinia.

The seven-day Southern Sardegna Family Tour offers scenic cycling through the relatively undiscovered southern side of the island and visits other islands off the coast, including San Pietro Island. Families will also spend a day at leisure in Pula, where they can explore the ancient city of Nora’s Roman and Phoenician ruins, with its lovely harbor, or embark on a hike into the woods toward Capo Spartivento.

Guests will pedal approximately nine miles per day, overnight in seaside hotels and country inns, enjoy fresh seafood and snorkel in the Mediterranean Sea.
