Agents can now create their own dedicated Oceania Cruises websites at no charge, with content including all itineraries, fares, availabilities and special offers. The company’s new Co-Branded Agency Website Program can be customized with the agency’s logo, contact and profile information, quote forms and more.
“As we continue to find ways to enhance and enrich the Oceania Cruises experience, we recognize that the initial agent to client contact is a critical first step of the journey,” said James Rodriguez, senior vice president of marketing and sales. “This free new program is a turnkey program for our valued travel partners that will help build sales by providing a seamless, content-rich online presence to their Oceania Cruises clients.”
The site is maintained by Oceania, ensuring that itineraries, fares, availabilities and special offers are accurate and up-to-date. All of the information gathered from potential clients on the agent’s co-branded website is confidential to the agent and/or agency and will not be shared with Oceania Cruises.
To create a site, travel agents should visit http://cms.worldvacationsgroup.net/signup/oceania and fill out the request form. Agents will receive a notification within approximately 48 hours confirming that the site has gone live.
