Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection is kicking off 2013 with a travel agent appreciation event titled “A World of Thanks,” which is offering three prizes to give thanks to the travel agent community for their support. Agents who book their clients on any 2013 Uniworld cruise through Feb. 28, will be entered into a drawing. The more cruises agents book, the more opportunities they will have to win one of the three prizes.
“We want to sincerely thank our valued travel agent partners by starting 2013 off with a travel agent promotion to incentivize them with an opportunity to win a trip to our newest destination, Italy, or onboard one of our newest ships along the Yangtze and Mekong,” said president Guy Young. “Our business success is built on the support we receive from travel agents and we want to do all we can to continue to strengthen our already great partnership.”
The prizes showcase Uniworld’s new product offerings in 2013, including Italy, the new Century Legend and Century Paragon on the Yangtze River in China and the new River Orchid in Vietnam and Cambodia on the Mekong River.
The first prize winner will receive an eight-day cruise for two on Uniworld’s new Venice & the Po River itinerary aboard River Countess, as well as two economy-class air tickets. Ports include Ravenna, Padua, Verona, Bologna and Venice.
The second prize winner will receive an 11-day river cruise and tour package for two on Uniworld’s Highlights of China & the Yangtze, visiting Beijing, Xian and Shanghai, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Terra-Cotta Warriors, five-star hotel stays and more. They will cruise onboard the new Century Paragon in a Uniworld Signature Suite enjoying the Yangtze and being treated to VIP benefits available exclusively to Uniworld guests.
The third prize winner will receive a 15-day river cruise and tour package for two on Uniworld’s Timeless Wonders of Vietnam, Cambodia & the Mekong itinerary, exploring Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Cambodia’s Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, gateway to the UNESCO temple complex of Angor Wat, plus towns and floating villages onboard the new River Orchid.
