Through Sept. 12, the Museum of Natural History in Las Cruces, N.M., will feature “Hatching the Past: Dinosaur Eggs and Babies,” a hands-on exhibition featuring more than 50 authentic dinosaur eggs and nests collected from around the globe.
Museum visitors can touch a real dinosaur bone, dig for eggs, experience hands-on exploration stations and watch animated video presentations. The exhibit was developed by Charlie and Florence Magovern of Boulder, Colo.’s The Stone Company, in association with the Harvard Museum of Natural History.
