Jackson Hole, Wyo., will host the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival, now in its 28th year, from Sept. 6-16. This year, the festival will offer more than 50 family-friendly events, many of which will be free.
Activities include the Palates & Palettes gallery walk, tours of historic Jackson Hole ranches and the Taste of the Tetons, which features a stroll through downtown Jackson with culinary samplings from area chefs. In addition, the National Museum of Wildlife Art will present the 25th annual Western Visions Wild West Artist Party and Miniatures and More Show & Sale, and the Western Design Conference will feature an exhibition of Western decorative arts and fashion, lectures, a sale and more.
Jackson Hole artist Amy Ringholz will be the featured artist of this year’s festival, and has created a new painting, entitled “Dreamers Don’t Sleep,” to be displayed at the festival and featured on the festival poster. More information and a complete schedule of events can be found online.
