Azamara Cruises has announced the launch of the Anything Azamara hotline, a dedicated phone line exclusively for travel advisors. The new number, 888-575-9782, is part of the cruise line's initiative to support and strengthen relationships with trade partners.

The hotline launch follows feedback from a recent trade survey conducted by Azamara. Based on the survey results, the company is introducing several enhancements designed to make working with Azamara easier for the travel advisor community.

The Anything Azamara hotline is specifically designed for agencies and advisors new to Azamara, offering one-on-one guidance and support. The hotline connects new-to-Azamara agencies and agents with a trained contact center team ready to assist with first-time bookings, system navigation, finding a sales representative and understanding itineraries. Advisors who call receive a welcome email and guidance through every step of the registration process.

In addition to the hotline, Azamara is rolling out other enhancements for travel advisors. The company plans to expand Azamara World Academy, its training and certification platform, with new chapters coming in 2026. The cruise line is also increasing product and RezA training to enhance advisor confidence in selling Azamara's small-ship experiences. New destination guides featuring deck plans, brand insights and destination details are being introduced as well.

"We're committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most," said Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer of North America at Azamara. "Anything Azamara is more than a phone number — it's a promise that every new advisor joining our community, has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one."

The new initiatives follow a period of growth for Azamara's trade partnerships. The company reports 500 first-time bookings from new agency partners and over 800 new registrations from agencies.

"Partnership is at the heart of everything we do," added Dondra Ritzenthaler, CEO at Azamara. "We know that when our advisors succeed, Azamara succeeds — and this new resource makes that collaboration even stronger."

Azamara operates a fleet of small ships and focuses on destination immersion experiences and extended destination days.
