Dreams Resorts & Spas is partnering with Lifetime Network’s “The Balancing Act” to celebrate the opening of Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa. Viewers of the popular morning show, as well as online users, will have a chance to win a three-night, all-inclusive vacation for 10 at the new resort, which opened early this month.

The winner will be announced during a taped episode of “The Balancing Act,” shot on location at Dreams Riviera Cancun, to air in November. All participants are automatically eligible to receive opening discounts off an all-inclusive vacation at the resort, guaranteed upgrades, $200 in resort coupons as well as special rates for premium rooms where every third night, third massage, third bottle of wine and third romantic dinner is free.
A member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Dreams Riviera Cancun has 486 octagon-shaped guestrooms and suites. Rooms and suites have private balconies, Jacuzzi tubs, plunge pools and either views of the ocean, resort pools or gardens.
The resort has nine restaurants serving gourmet fare and six bars and lounges serving unlimited, premium-brand beverages. The Explorer’s Club features a Chichen Itza-inspired climbing wall, planetarium with constellation dome ceiling and the Internet Center with Nintendo Wii and PlayStation consoles.
There are also plenty of nearby excursion options. The resort’s tour desk can arrange private or group excursions to the pyramids of Tulum, the Maya ruins of Chichen Itza and Coba, and the natural lagoon, Xel-Ha. Clients can also go sport fishing in Puerto Morelos, snorkeling at Palancar Reef or attend a shopping tour of Playa del Carmen.
