Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas is making it easy for travel agents to sell the company’s Mexico resorts with confidence. They’ve created “Pueblo Bonito University” an online learning program designed to communicate the selling points of the company’s resorts in Los Cabos and Mazatlán. The free, three-step educational program includes an interactive study course, a familiarization trip to Mexico and sales rewards. The program has quite a few enticing perks. Along with ongoing support in their course study work, travel agents who complete the program will be eligible for a complimentary three-night stay for two persons with daily breakfast at any of the six Pueblo Bonito properties. Other alumni benefits include bonus commission of 15 percent when booking through 800-990-8250 and special agent rates of $50 dollars per night at all of the Pueblo Bonito destinations.
It will take approximately 90 minutes of total study time to complete the course and graduate. Agents are given 10 days to complete the program but Pueblo Bonito is taking a relaxed approach to the process and will extend the study time as needed. As an added incentive, graduates of Pueblo Bonito University will secure continuing education credits toward a professional designation of Certified Travel Counselor from The Travel Institute in the United States. Upon completion, agents also receive a color diploma they can display signifying they’re graduates of the program and well-equipped to sell the company’s resorts.
Pueblo Bonito Resorts and spas opened its first property in 1987. The chain has a total of six luxury resorts. They have four hotels in Cabo San Lucas: Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Holistic Retreat & Spa, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort & Spa, Pueblo Bonito Rosé Resort and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos. The company’s two hotels in Mazatlán are the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán and the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort.
