Hyatt Hotels & Resorts recently launched an online Hyatt Travel Specialist education program for agents at HyattTravelSpecialist.com. The course informs agents about each of Hyatt’s brands and their respective guest profiles and selling tools.
Agents who pass will receive a certificate of graduation from Hyatt and three continuing education credits from The Travel Institutes for Certified Travel Counselors and Certified Travel Associates. Each month for the first year of the program, the first three agents to complete the course and score perfect scores on the tests will receive a $100 Hyatt gift card.
