Los Cabos Resort Goes All-Inclusive

In December, the Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort made the transition to becoming an all-inclusive resort. The resort, which opened in 1999, now offers all-inclusive rates starting at $250 per person, per night.

The all-inclusive rate will include premium lodging, food and beverages (including alcohol), 24-hour room service, cultural experiences such as cooking classes and Spanish lessons, outdoor activities such as yoga and volleyball, plus taxes and service fees. Items not included in the new all-inclusive rate are spa treatments, golf, off-site excursions, boutique items, laundry and dry-cleaning.

“Our intention with rolling out the all-inclusive concept is to offer guests an opportunity to enjoy their vacation to the fullest,” said Douglas Dodge, general manager of the resort. “Transitioning to an all-inclusive plan helps us to answer the needs of our guests while continuing to deliver the level of quality and indulgence associated with a vacation at our resort.”

The Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos is located at the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula and has 249 ocean-facing rooms and suites. All-inclusive guests can dine at any of the resort’s six restaurants and bars. Experiences range from barefoot meals at the beach and intimate wine tastings to the AAA Four Diamond Italian restaurant, Rosato, which pairs gourmet meals with live piano music.

Guests can enhance their all-inclusive experience with special add-ons. Active travelers will receive exclusive access to the Cabo del Sol Ocean and Desert golf courses during their stay.  They will have access to preferential tee times and an onsite golf concierge at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Ocean Course and Tom Weiskopf-designed Desert Course. The resort ranks in the top 10 on Golf Digest magazine’s list of the “Top 50 Best Golf Hotels in the World.” The resort’s all-inclusive transition coincides with Los Cabos stepping up its game as a golfing destination — in 2014, Los Cabos will witness the debut of three new golf courses designed by Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio.

Additionally, the resort’s Somma Wine Spa specializes in relaxing wine therapy spa treatments, a practice they refer to as vinotherapy. The spa makes use of a rich range of fine Mediterranean wines, bamboo and olive oil to provide therapeutic treatments offering relaxation and renewal.
