Visitors to Palace Resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya region
have always counted on two things days filled with adventure
enjoying the resort’s numerous amenities and evenings spent in
comfort at any of the resort’s six properties. Now, they can look
forward to even more. Through December 23, Palace Resorts is
offering guests staying three nights or longer its “Palace
Passport” package.
“Most guests will go out to purchase tours, spa treatments, go
golfing or venture out to explore the island,” noted Maira Briceno,
Palace’s Director of Marketing. ”With the ‘Palace Passport,’ guests
receive a great value and discounts to those attractions and/or
services they were going to purchase anyway.”
Guests qualifying for the package will receive:
Unlimited tours to Chichen Itza, Xpu-Ha/Tulum, Coba,
Ek-Balam/Villadolid Maya sites and Isla Mujeres (Palace Resorts’
exclusive beach club)
$50 voucher (per person) toward a round of golf at Playacar Spa
& Golf Club or Moon Spa & Golf Club
$15 voucher (per person) toward a spa treatment at the Aventura Spa
Palace, Moon Spa & Golf Club or Playacar Spa & Golf
Club
$25 voucher (per room) toward car rental through Travesias
Turisticas
Through the unlimited excursions offer, guests can experience
Chichen Itza, considered the most important and advanced ceremonial
and religious center of its time.
Or, they can opt for an afternoon in Tulum, a unique
archaeological site that was the principal maritime commercial port
along the Mayan route. Visitors can also discover Ek-Balam, known
for its completely new architectural style and design - making this
Mayan site different from any other.
Those preferring to relax on the beach can sail and snorkel at
Palace Resorts’ exclusive beach club, set on the quiet island of
Isla Mujeres.
The “Palace Passport” package also encourages spa lovers to
spend the day at the world-class Aventura Spa Palace for pampering
with programs in health, fitness, hydrotherapy, beauty and stress
management.
“Guests are absolutely mesmerized with our spa,” Briceno
remarked. “We offer state of the art spa facilities and all the
treatments they are accustomed to, and some new features as
well.”
Meanwhile, the golfer in the group is welcomed to tee-off at
either Moon Spa & Golf Club, which is home to the only Jack
Nicklaus signature golf course in Cancun, or at Playacar Spa &
Golf Club, recognized as one of the top courses in the world. “Our
Jack Nicklaus course has placed Cancun on the map as a golf
destination, and has been extremely successful with our golf
clientele,” Briceno added.
Palace Resorts offers six all-inclusive properties in Cancun and
the Riviera Maya. Four new Palace Resorts will open later this
year, including Cozumel Palace, Vallarta Palace, Playacar Palace
and Le Blanc Spa Resort. Nightly rates are from $300, depending
upon season and specific resort.
