Starwood Hotels & Resorts has launched a new core module on upselling for the ProLearning multimedia library of trainings. The module focuses on increasing loyalty and profits from clients. Broken into small chapters for easy viewing, topics include pre- and post-cruise, suites, all-inclusive options and how to tap into the assets of Starwood’s SPG loyalty program. The module captures a discussion and idea-sharing session between Starwood’s vice president of global retail leisure and luxury sales, Chris Austin, and travel professional industry trainer Stuart Cohen.
“We truly want travel professionals to grow their business with us and increase their profits by highlighting the specific areas where we know Starwood can deliver upselling opportunities, resulting in increased profits and loyalty from their clients,” said Austin.
