Pretty Suite in PinkDuring Global Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, guests of London’s The May Fair Hotel can help support U.K.-based charity Breast Cancer Care, just by checking in.
The Suite Stay to Show You Care promotion involves a stay in the hotel’s lavish Schiaparelli Suite, appropriately decked out in the hot pink shades that made courtier and suite namesake Elsa Schiaparelli so famous. The hotel will donate 20 percent of all revenues from October stays in this particular suite to Breast Cancer Care.
The luxe suite is outfitted with a fuchsia pony skin wall in the master bedroom; an opulent bathroom with an experience shower; and a living room with a fireplace and LCD televisions. Rates for the Schiaparelli Suite begin at approximately $4,664 and reference code Pink must be used at the time of booking. Agent commission is 10 percent.

Pink to the KorFor the third year in a row, Kor Hotel Group is dedicating its Think Pink campaign in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month to the Los Angeles-based Downtown Women’s Center (DWC).
Throughout the month of October, participating Kor properties will offer a special Think Pink rate, of which 10 percent will be donated to the DWC in order to raise funds for the first full-service medical and mental health clinic for women on Skid Row. Agent commission is 10 percent, and the special rate is equivalent to prevailing retail rates at each property.
Participating hotels include the Avalon Beverly Hills, Maison 140 Beverly Hills, Chamberlain West Hollywood, The Tides South Beach, The Tides Riviera Maya, The Tides Zihuatanejo, Viceroy Santa Monica and the Viceroy Palm Springs.
The partnership between Kor and the DWC began earlier this year when Kor relocated to Los Angeles’ downtown area, home to the DWC and Skid Row. The hotel group continues to work with DWC on a regular basis to support clothing drives, provide donations and lead quarterly meal programs.
