Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Viacom announced a second location for Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, which is scheduled to open in December 2017.
The resort is planning to feature 288 spacious swim-up and infinity suites, each with a pool on a private terrace or balcony. Younger clients can look forward to spontaneous “slimings,” the new immersive theater Studio Nick and meeting beloved Nickelodeon characters such as Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at Character Central. Parents will appreciate 24-hour room service, the Spa-ahh’s outdoor treatments and complimentary baby food, strollers and cribs. Bookings will open in early 2017.
