Wine Spectator recognized two restaurants at El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels by Karisma (Fuentes at El Dorado Royale and Vida Garden Grill at El Dorado Seaside Suites) with Awards of Excellence.

At El Dorado Seaside Suites’ Vida Garden Grill, Chef Marco Antonio Casares prepares Latin-fusion grilled cuisine, and the Margarita menu is just about as impressive as the award-winning wine list.
El Dorado Royale’s Fuentes is a theater-style restaurant with five open kitchens and live presentations on the flat screen televisions. Chef Christian Monchatre and his team entertain guests in the kitchen as Sommelier Rafael Dominguez answer patrons’ wine-related questions.
