Adelman Travel is expanding its travel solutions with the addition of reward travel booking and a new call center at its corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, Wis. The company has updated its existing ACD phone system by incorporating email prioritization, email reporting metrics and additional monitoring capabilities.
Steve Cline, president and COO of Adelman, expects the new ventures to boost the company’s corporate travel model and help address the problem of the shrinking pool of qualified travel consultants.
