Timothy Dubois, president and COO for The Edward Thomas Collection of Hotels (ETC), has been elected as the 2012 chair of the California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber) Board of Directors.
“The coming year brings many challenges and opportunities for our state and our country,” said Dubois. “It is an honor to serve as CalChamber’s 2012 chair at a time when the involvement and voice of employers is more important than ever.”
Dubois has played an integral role in the success of the three California-based ETC hotels: Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica and The Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara.
