Ensemble Travel Group’s 2nd annual Ensemble Executive Retreat for U.S. members was held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa in Santa Ana Pueblo, N. M. from April 17-21. Here, Peter Sheahan along with his team from ChangeLabs, conducted a proprietary research and best practice analysis study from Ensemble members, clients and partners. The main goal was to help members enhance their sales performance and emphasize the value of customers, which was done through interactive workshops and a 92-page learning guide.
“Over the course of the retreat, members really rallied around the theme ‘Ignite your Insight’ and started looking at their business in a totally new light,” said Joe Jiffo, vice president, business development. “The focus was on learning from each other and working together, meeting challenges head on, and then developing solutions and seeing them through to the end. All of this was guided by the exclusive research conducted by Peter Sheahan and his staff.”
Sheahan is set to be keynote speaker this coming fall at the 2013 Ensemble conference, scheduled for Oct. 31-Nov. 4.
