The travel industry has, at long last, recovered from the Sept. 11
terrorist attacks of 2001, according to the Travel Industry
Association’s (TIA) annual Travel Business Status Survey. The
report states that more than two-thirds of travel companies
responding to the survey said their business is back to pre-Sept.
11 levels. Furthermore, at least 82 percent of travel companies are
forecasting an increase in business in 2005. However, the shift in
