Richie Karaburun has been appointed president of Travel Bound and Gullivers Travel Associates (GTA) North America, moving from his previous role as president of GTA Americas’ inbound division.
“Increasing domestic and outbound business in North America is a key part of our global strategy,” said John Guscic, COO of GTA. “Richie has tremendous experience in the travel industry, and his energy, commitment and local expertise will lead our North American team to continued success and new market opportunities.”
Prior to joining GTA, Karaburun began his career at American Tours International, Los Angeles, where he held senior management positions in contracting, sales, product development and marketing.
