The Langham, Sydney, formerly known as The Observatory Hotel, has announced the appointment of Sonia Lefevre to the position of general manager. Lefevre will help lead her team in raising the hotel’s profile, driving sales and marketing initiatives, as well as ensuring the delivery of quality products and hospitality to hotel guests.
“We are delighted to have Sonia on board as the general manager of The Langham, Sydney,” said Brett Butcher, chief executive officer. “With Sonia’s strong sales and marketing experience in Australia, she will be positioning The Langham, Sydney to trade at the top of the luxury hospitality market.”
Lefevre served as the hotel manager of The Langham, Hong Kong for two years prior to joining The Langham, Sydney.
