The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) launched
its first Spanish-language Web site designed specifically for
visitors originating in Mexico.
The site, www.lasvegasfreedom.com.mx, contains comprehensive
destination information. For the travel industry, there are
listings containing contact information for travel agents and tour
operators in Mexico and links to airlines that fly between Mexico
and Las Vegas.
Similarly, AOL Latino and VEGAS.com launched a cobranded,
Spanish-language travel Web site, located at
http://aol-latino.vegas.com or through AOL Keyword: Vegas Viajes,
to provide Spanish-speaking consumers with the latest information
and booking tools for those wishing to visit Las Vegas.
