In honor of Mother’s and Father’s days, Turtle Bay Resort is
offering an upscale vacation experience in one of its recently
renovated Beach Cottages.
“We’re wanting to get families out to Oahu’s North Shore,” noted
Tom Parke, director of sales and marketing. “With our two golf
courses and new spa, it’s an ideal spot for families to get away
to. This is a good way for us to kick off spring and summer family
travel.”
Throughout May, Mom’s package will include five nights in a
Beach Cottage, plus one complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner
for Mom at her choice of the Palm Terrace, Sand Bar or Hang Ten Bar
for $2,499. Dining is also available in the resort’s upscale
restaurant, 21 Degrees North. However, a surcharge of $21 will
apply.
The resort is also offering deluxe oceanview accommodations for
five nights at $1,799 per package. Suite upgrades are also
available. The same package is extended throughout June for
fathers. The offer is for one or per family.
Regarding the Beach Cottages, Parke explained how flexible the
accommodations are. “It’s a fantastic product,” he commented. “It’s
separate from the main property, and it’s ideal for couples and
families. They love the big lawns for picnicking and relaxing. They
have more privacy and access to everything.”
Located on the North Shore of Oahu, the 880-acre Turtle Bay
Resort recently completed $60 million in renovations. Managed by
Benchmark Hospitality, the resort’s accommodations include a
401-room hotel and 42 beachfront cottages. In addition, each
cottage recently underwent $150,000 in refurbishment.
The resort is situated on nearly five miles of beach that spans
Kawela Bay, Kuilima Cove and Turtle Bay. It is the only resort on
Oahu with 36 holes of championship golf, a new health spa, two
oceanside pools, riding stables, a full-service tennis center by
Peter Burwash International, a Hans Hedemann surf school and 12
miles of oceanfront hiking trails.
